What is the role?

The purpose of this role is to make the role of MD easy, convenient and efficient. The EA will support the MD with presentations, travel, calendar, admin and events, ensuring smooth operations of daily activities. Additionally, this EA will contribute to the organizational culture by fostering strong relationships, promoting collaboration, and supporting a positive work environment through proactive problem-solving and excellent communication This role offers the opportunity to learn from the best leaders in our business to grow and fast track your career.

What are the responsibilities?

  • Manage MD’s reporting expectation, business reviews, presentations and decision making.
  • Manage Calendar, Travel requirements & expenses of the MD.
  • Help with the facilitation of the ANZ Leadership team events.
  • Help with facilitation of the ASEAN business
  • Help with organisational of the regional visits
  • Help the leadership team with samples
  • Co-ordination of company conferences and training sessions
  • Support other team members as needed to ensure smooth work flow across the organisation

What requirements are we looking at?

  • 3-4 years Executive Assistant Experience
  • Working style: Structured, organized, pro-active and multi-tasker.
  • Attitude: Positive attitude, high energy, social, collaborative and professional.
  • Experienced in: Making great presentation, understanding data and insights.
  • High ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced working environment.
  • You have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, thrive in matrix environments and are adept at building relationships with different stakeholders.
